How do you open a Hoselink reel?
To unlock the hose, give the hose a small tug to start retraction. If you pull the hose too far, it will lock again rather than start to retract. To shorten the hose, start retraction then once at the desired point, stop and walk back out a little to lock it at the new length.

Every component of the Hoselink system has an identical face, meaning no separate hose joiner piece is necessary when joining hoses together. Any hose, tap connector or accessory connector will fit together, making switching around as straightforward as a simple point and twist action.
Why is water spurting out of my Hoselink hose?
Hoselink Hose Connectors maintain a watertight seal via the o-ring to o-ring seal between the fittings. If water is spurting out where the two fittings connect, then it is most likely due to a missing o-ring. To assess: Disconnect the fittings from each other. Inspect the face of each fitting for the black o-ring.
