The Bull Buck$ is a reloadable cash program that allows you to put money on your student ID and use it around campus. For Dining Dollars, that is the amount that comes with a particular meal plan that allows you to purchase food from the chain restaurants such as Pollo Tropical and Subway.

USF requires all first-year undergraduate students, as defined in the University of South Florida Undergraduate Bulletin, residing in on-campus housing to purchase a meal plan. Meal Plan changes must be completed in person at the USF Dining Services Meal Plan Office located in MSC 1502. of the grace period, unless withdrawing from the University. All cancellations must go to the USF Dining Committee for review and decision.

Online: Students can add funds using credit/debit cards via myFSU. Parents/Guests may add funds to a student account by going to the FSUCash Guest Deposit Site. On-campus PHIL stations using cash or credit/debit cards (located at the FSUCard Center, Dirac and Strozier libraries, and the College of Law, Alumni Village.)
Do dining dollars expire?
They can be used to buy additional meals in dining locations or make purchases in retail operations. Unused Dining Dollars are not refundable, as they are a part of your contract meal plan and expire at the end of the contract. Dining Dollars will be carried over from fall to spring semester.
